Interconnection
What are meet points?
MMR Fiber Solutions will have two types of meet points. Our colocation huts will be powered, climate-controlled, telecom-grade facilities with battery and generator backup, access control, secured co-location space for tenant equipment and diverse fiber entrances. The other meet point type will be passive interconnection points in the field which will consist of fiber vaults designed to accommodate fiber connections in the field where we do not yet foresee the need for a powered facility, but do recognize an opportunity to interface with a nearby network.
Can MMR Fiber accommodate custom routes or laterals to specific facilities?
MMR Fiber Solutions will have meet points and 12 regen sites of fiber vaults along the route designed to accommodate fiber connections for new networks should the opportunity arise. MMR Fiber Solutions is currently in the planning process, allowing for potential prospects to be part of the design process to accommodate their needs.
