Gregorio joins MMR Fiber Solutions with over 30 years of experience managing high-performing engineering and network operations teams. In his new role, he will be leading our outsourced network operations center and vendor relationships, managing ILA sites, and ensuring robust SLA compliance. Throughout his career at companies like USCellular and T-Mobile, Gregorio has specialized in network reliability, ITIL incident and problem management, and process automation, This includes past project where he slashed inbound vendor calls by 80%, and as a part of a small group of engineers and leaders, successfully established a 24x7 data NOC.
