Network Engineer

John is a senior telecommunications engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale fiber networks across multi-state markets. He specializes in long-haul and metro fiber infrastructure, scalable network architecture, and capital-efficient deployment strategies that align engineering, financial, and revenue goals. Throughout his career, he has led regional engineering teams, standardized design and GIS workflows, rebuilt network data systems, and architected Layer 1–Layer 3 solutions for major fiber deployments. With expertise spanning route planning, splicing strategy, and cross-functional leadership, John is well positioned to lead the growth and performance of early-stage long-haul dark fiber platforms.
