Troy is a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience leading complex infrastructure projects across the telecommunications, energy, and utility sectors. He has managed large-scale fiber, transmission, and pipeline programs across nine U.S. states, collaborating with government agencies, utilities, landowners, and engineering teams. In his current role, he oversees day-to-day operations, leveraging his strong working relationships with stakeholders across local, state, and federal entities.
